LGA--I have a poodle that used to be a picky eater, but all that was cured when
we got a ravenous, chihuahua that will eat anything that isn't nailed down!! Now, we
have competitive eating in our house!! I think Annie is afraid Savannah will devour her
dinner too!

Hairmess - I forgot that there two Hepburns but I meant to say 'Audrey' (my favorite one next to Grace Kelly).

Already wanted to write this yesterday, but didn't have DMs pics handy then: I might have Audreys haircolour, but I definitly don't have the figure. :girlsigh: In any case, I know how the compliment was ment and I truly feel flattered. :hugs:

Now you said you like Audrey? I can show you someone, who really had her style (minus the haircolour :p) Hope you don't mind lily!

LGA82 - I know, what you mean. I used to be as thin once as DM managed to stay all of her life. :amuse: But still, I don't want you to be sad, you're such an elegant and stunning lady. :hugs: And regarding the pets, of course they're worth it. :D

tillie - feeling so bad for you, whenever I read about your loss! :smooch: I was already careful regarding Ms. B., before I read your story. But now I'm even more attentive. The thought of loosing her is just frightening.

lilyhermes - you're too funny. That poor cook, I don't even know, what you'd do with him in the walk in cooler! But in case you ever get the chance, make sure to bring one of your fur collars and some silk to tie him up! :p

Now to bring this halfway back OT ;), here's a pic of me from last night, trying out my new dress with my brown "fur collared" jacket. Please excuse the sloppy knot (and use your imagination to think up a better one), but it was 3 o' clock in the morning. The Les Clès had gone into Ms. Birkin earlier that evening and I only slung it around my neck to complete the pic. :shame:
I think this was the last fur wearing picture until fall - except for that swim shorts shot of the HFT, which I've planned for the summer. :D

Hairmess- Oh, thank you for sharing these with us. I know they are precious to
you. What a perfect lady. I love her style, the dress, the hairstyle, earrings and the
"gloves", don't they just complete the look!!! Why can't we wear gloves again.
Beautiful look on you too, sad to see the fur go, but will have to wait for the summer
snap!!!!

:cloud9::smooch: Thank you!

You're so right about the gloves. I've been looking for a pair like these for a couple of years now, but all I can find are those tight shiny "cheap" looking ones. Cheap only ment in relation to those royal white ones, of course ;)

Have to get going now as the HFT and I actually wanted to do some stuff around the house. Better keep him happy to make sure he remains a good "team player". :graucho:

Hairmess- I will sometimes see the good ones in the vintage clothing shops! We
can dream and yes, you must keep our "team player"!

Lilly- Well, I think we might need to add Le Bernardin for a "bite", to our next
year's adventure in NY!

BirkinMary- Oh, I know you miss your little poodle, they always stay so close
to you. Mine follows me everywhere I go in the house all day!

chkpfbelieve thank you for your sweet feelings about seeing my DD, it's hard to be so long from her... so I feel in heaven right now.
I've been several times in Scottsdale and have done great shopping in Fashion Square Mall but I didn't know that there was an H store at all!!!!!!
I totally agree with your wish of having a furry meeting in NYC, maybe we could make our dear Lilyvery happy by holding it at Le Bernardin!!!![/QUOTE]

Oh yes, birkinmary, oh yes - Hermes sale goodies, great H. Forum friends, Eric and Le Bernardin - yes, yes, yes! It couldn't get any better than that. Oh, I lurve you!:p (Hmmmm, I wonder if we could get Eric to pose with us in a fur collar? He seems like a good sport!)

And, I hope you're having a wonderful time with your sweet daughter.

"Competitive eating" - LOL! With two cats and a dog and three kids all growing up together, there was a bit of competitive eating in our household too!

And the very competive furbies made great little garbage cans for whatever the competive little kids didn't like on their plates. Heck, they'd even eat lima beans and brussel sprouts!

Oh, I have some ideas as to what I'd do, h-m.:graucho: But, if he heard you calling him a lowly "cook," he'd probably tie you up and leave you in that cooler for good!

Eric is a chef par excellence! Oooooh, and he's also very good looking.
