Too funny, Diva, and I can tell by the look on her face in that second photo, that she wasn't going to surrender it without a fight . . . or before taking someone's hand off in the process!

Not all cats, pamella. Lily C. just hates the vacuum cleaner and makes herself scarce the minute she sees it being rolled out.

And, gee, I've never even tried to vacuum her either!:p She just hates it on principle I guess.

Well, he wasn't Hermes orange, h-m - more of an apircot orange. :D

And, yes he did have seven toes on his front feet just like Ernest Hemminway's famous cats. Boy, could that cat track in lots of dirt with those big muffy feet - just like mini dust mops!:nuts:

I think you're right, Diva. I saw that closed banner across the top of tpf and thought, oh no and then remembered that it's the infamous April 1.

Most people are taking Good Friday off but my company is still open so got to work. I already had fish and chips tonight so I guess I don't have to work tomorrow ?? Had plans to try out a new Bistro and the steak sounds delicious !! Me very BAD !!
