I got the pink haversack and I love it, but I dont think I can keep it considering how dirty suede gets. I've never gotten anything suede before, so I didn't know anything about it.

I bought coach purse last year its suede purse and of camel grayish color..Once I did a big mistake tht I kept the purse in the car in a hot summer day in a bag where blue jean was kept..After when I came the bottom of the purse has absorbed the blue jean color..I felt very disheartened now what to do.checked with coach attendants..they said its gone now but suggested to clean with soap water or check with cobbler..im scared to use soap water..please suggest if you have any advice

I have the Chelsea Embossed Python Carryall and had a very similar experience. I used a white cotten towel and rubbed gently in circular motion. It helped a little. I bought the white suede eraser. It worked but my bag is glittery so I took a little of the glitter off with it. So...be careful, don't rub too hard, and try in a non-conspicuous spot. My friend said to take some eyeshadow and go over it...I was afraid to do that.
Someone just told me an amazing trick that I will definatly share with my fellow coach lovers. ATTENTION: only use this trick on suede as it will leave marks on leather and other materials!
Here's the secret AMAZING trick:
Find a WHITE eraser and use it on the damaged or dirty area.
Hope it works becuase it worked for me, and ladies, don't be afraid to rub hard, because seriously, how much damage could a white eraser do to something? LOL

In my college days, I had purple Birkenstocks that actually came with a white eraser. It worked beautiful and had them for about twenty years and they never looked dirty. Worn and loved, yes, but never stained or dirty.
