Are you in the US? I purchased multiple GO items in 3 locations and only managed to get 1 GO shopping bag. No stores had the tissue paper or gift note. My online GO order also didn’t come with any fun packaging.
I am in Australia. But it’s ok, the most important thing is I get the bag. Because it’s hard to get it here.

Congrats on getting a perfect GO NF!
In contrast to your CS, the CS in my country gives superb service and they are having more stocks then our physical LV boutiques here. So far all the items I received from them are in perfect condition and they were properly packed, I got the GO paper bag, the beautiful tissue paper , the ribbon and small tag. And I managed to get those hard to get items from CS.
I am just guessing if you are in Asia. Because I know they always have better service. They even have much more stock than here. I wish no more covid, so I can travel there.

I know your post is older but I’m curious how your bag has held up? I noticed this past week the bottom designs where the edges curve are getting crack wrinkles through them even though I have only use my bag a few times. I didn’t think this bag was screen print like animation pieces that are expected to have issues. I haven’t had any actual chipping yet but looks like it will in the future so I’m debating putting matte clear polish on it to protect it. I included pics of my bag below as well as a fashionphile listed bag that appears to have the same issue and their camera captured it a bit better.

I face the same issue on my GO NF. Unfortunately it also has one spot looking the same as from the FP picture. Noticed it after using it a handful of times, even though I’m very careful with my bags. Tbh I’m still on the fence whether I should continue using the bag and just ignore it or sell it. :frown:
What bothers me even more with this NF is that canvas seems to be far less sturdy and more soft and supple compared to the classic canvas NFs. Hence, when I put heavy things inside, the canvas around the handles starts forming „unhealthy looking“ creases and I’m afraid that the handles can be torn apart from the bag.
However I still love the print and the colorway and appreciate the luxurious interior of the bag…

I’m sorry to hear you are having the same issue. I have only ever completely filled the bag twice which was cause I was traveling at the time but like you my bag was only used a few times. While I don’t have creases in the handles I did notice immediately how much thinner the handles and canvas are from my other neverfulls and don’t expect the handles to last forever. My escale neverfull had such thick canvas that I expected all limited editions to be of better quality but guess this collection proved that theory wrong sadly. I deliberately purchased to have a worry free piece in my collection as I overly baby all my bags and wanted one that I didn’t have to worry if it was rainy or about color transfer one I could use freely now to discover I can’t just use it like I intended if it’s gonna ruin and devalue it. The other thing that drove me nuts from the beginning was how the bottom corners don’t make corner they make dents at each corner the more u fill the bag because the inside lining is sewn in too short to reach the corners of the canvas. I absolutely adore the print and continue to search for the kirigami set of it.

So sorry to hear this hun - and yes, the corners do bother me as well! And my intention of buying the bag was completely the same - to have a tote which can’t be affected by color transfer and stains from the rain. :hugs: I further liked the colors, which go better with my work wardrobe as the classic prints, and expected to wear the bag as my work bag. Now I have exactly the same problem, that I can’t use the bag for what I bought it for: if I place a laptop in it, it gets those creases around the handles. But if I wear a separate laptop backpack, I don’t need a large additional tote anymore. So I tried to wear the bag out in my free time, but the use cases are mainly limited to shopping and going for a visit. Hence I don’t know whether I should try to let it go (if I can sell it without making a loss)…

It seems that the print from the canvas is peeling, I have the same issue at my speedy 25B in DE, this was just after 3 months of use and having it:
