I have both as well. The Galliera has a smaller opening, it's sometimes hard to get in and out of the bag. The delightful is much easier to get in and out of. Both are the most comfortable to carry, but I find the delightful's strap slightly more comfortable. They are similar in size but the delightful can hold more because of its wide opening, similar to a neverfull. Last, the galliera feels safer since the top is always closed whereas the delightful, like the neverfull tends to sit open if you dont use the clasps.

i think you will really need to try both in the store and see which one looks best and feels more comfortable for you.
that being said, i have a delightful pm and it's my favorite bag. super comfy, holds a ton, and looks beautiful. originally i had considered the galliera, but for some reason, i felt the bottom of the bag had a wide "butt" if that makes any sense, and it just looked awful on me. plus, like you said, it's more expensive for essentially, a very similar bag.

I prefer the look of the Delightful myself! There is a petite club on the clubhouse page...lots of modeling pics of shorter girls with bags. Very helpful to look at!
I was just at the store today and compared the two. I like the how casual the delightful looks and from what I read it's super comfortable, especially after a couple of months of use. For me the con is that there is only the one pocket and it's really deep. When you put your stuff in and the canvas slouches or even folds over (which I like the way it looks, but...) I almost think it would be a little bit of a pain to get in and out of. I imagine it would be hard to see your stuff unless you opened it completely up at the top (if that makes sense), maybe people who own the bag just know what to grab for but I like to see it too.
The galleria, well let's just say I almost walked out with this bag but I decided to sleep on it at the last minute. The price is what kept me from buying it. I really liked the look of this on, it's a little more structured but over time you'll still get some sag but not to the extent of the delightful. The opening is smaller but I don't think you'll have the canvas folding over so at least it will be more open when trying to grab what you want. I loved the interior and the fact that there were 3 pockets was a huge bonus for me.
