Yeah the stitches are black. Looks like it’s in between the leather in the flap? Is this a woc? If you’re unhappy I would return it. But if it’s excess, I would just ship it off.

I am glad that I found your post. I bought my square mini back in Dec 2020. I only used it two times and I found some popped stitches. Should I send the bag for repair now or should I wait ? How serious is popped stitches? Any comments or suggests would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have a similar problem on the chain as this but I live in Adelaide and there is no stores here. Unfortunately I bought it in 2020 and have used it maybe 10 times so it can't be wear and tear. Can you let me know how you went? I am in Sydney for a week but not sure if that is enough time and if they will charge me for it? Many thanks!!
