For SLGs.... do you prefer it in damier ebene or monogram?

I am a matchy-matchy person most of the time, and like to buy a SLG to go with each handbag. I don't mind mixing monogram and DE prints but I won't mix my canvas with epi leather since it has different metals. I am striving to attain a bag from each material.

My wallet is a black Mahina Amelia. I like it cos unless you really squint, you can't see the LV monogram. Very subtle. It just looks like a plain black wallet.

I would love a wallet in DE. But men wallet in DE is boring and basic. Brown on brown.

I mainly prefer mono for my slg’s but I do have a couple of epi and vernis items to switch it up. Not really a fan of DE and DA just starts (IMO) to look dingy after awhile and I do not baby my slgs the way I do with bags so I can only imagine how beat up mine would look after awhile

I prefer monogram SLGs because they stay inside of the bag, shout-out-loud logos won't make others judge. For bags, I prefer DE or EPI for the low-key effect.

I feel the same, I feel like LV logo can be bit much especially large bags like neverfull. But I do prefer how SLGs look in monogram.
