No, you may have still gotten a discount. I have the large boutique satchel and its MSRP is $358. The small boutique satchel's MSRP is $228, but from looking at your pictures yours may be bigger than the small boutique satchel. So you may have gotten a bigger bag for the money.

Hmm, I hope so haha. Either way, I love my bag so I guess it doesn't matter too much. I will admit though, that I'm already looking at others :graucho: I can't help it! I think I may be a huge fan of MK.

Thank you :D. I'm about 5' tall, 118 lbs, 27 ish in jeans, 34D in bust.I have no idea if it would carry a water bottle, if you're talking about the plastic ones then probably! I never carry water in my bags so I can't measure for you :(. Here are some pictures of how big it is against my body when I carry it. The one where I'm holding it in the middle of my body is to just show you that it's about the width of my mid-section.

Also, I don't usually carry much in any of my bags but this bag can definitely carry a lot. I've carried everything in the picture below and also a bra, leggings and a shirt (was sleeping at my boyfriend's.)

Here are a few links, could only find the large on MK site. I believe the differences between the boutique and outlet versions are that the outlet style has an exterior pocket with strap and the boutique has the gold links and strap no exterior pocket.
