Have you explored high-end Native American (Navajo, Zuni, Pueblo) turquoise jewelry? Gem grade and natural at the high end, made in a huge variety of styles. It's normally set in sterling silver, though some is in gold. As you may know, the Sleeping Beauty mine is closed, and the market for Native jewelry loves matrix turquoise.

There are dealers in antique/vintage turquoise Native jewelry as well as those selling contemporary makers. This is a vintage piece by a highly collectible Zuni jeweler:

Garland's in Sedona is one of the best for current makers of high-quality pieces.

Danish jewelry company ‘Ole lynggaard’ has some beautiful turquoise jewelry. They have their own website, but I’ll attach net a porter links as they have better pictures.
I should add they also have turquoise pendants and earrings.
They also have turquoise in their ‘lotus’ ring line:

I LOVE turquoise and yellow gold. I purchased these gold and turquoise studs during a trip to New York a few years ago. It is hard to see from the photo but the turquoise is cut so that it has a unique look. I am always on the lookout for yellow gold and turquoise and it is not that easy to find.336F623C-DA3B-4499-8B7D-FFB201F087DD.jpeg
