Hi Ladies!

Maybe you remember I made a thread about a month ago regarding my experience with a dented bag from Fashionphile. I had purchased a pretty beat up Medium flap with the intention of having it restored by Leather Surgeons, and I promised to do a reveal! The work on the bag was done quickly, but I was on vacation and couldn't film this. Because it turned out so good, I wanted to try my hand at making an unboxing video (which I linked below). IMO the results were amazing, so I really wanted to share here! I couldn't believe it when I opened the box and saw the bag looking brand new.

Wowoow that's amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you don't mind me asking, how much was it to get it fixed and what was the turn around time. I have some bags that I got at the boutique 5 years ago that have wear on the corners that I'd like to get fixed. I heard Chanel goes through them anyways but it's cheaper to just go straight to them vs the boutique.

Very impressive. I've used them before and it's been mostly successful. This is definitely quality work. I like how they fixed up the wear at the flap corner/opening. Did it cost much more than their regular 'spa'?

Thanks so much! I feel like the cat that got the cream here! It was $315 for the total refurb. Originally they quoted me less, but the dent on the front of the bag wasn't disclosed in the original pics from Fashionphile. Fashionphile actually kindly gave me a discount due to that, which for me covered the difference in refurb cost. Everything they did before the restructuring was about $240 I think, and it included tax and shipping. The whole thing took 2-3 weeks and they were super busy at the time. They were also constantly in contact with me and very responsive to messages.

They just did a spot dye as far as I know!

An old Balenciaga city from 2006...it's pretty battered so I've been delaying the truth, but it seems like the can do great things!
