Fendi vs Tod's vs Ferragamo

I have products from all three brands. I think Tod’s is a notch above the other two in terms of quality. I have had two Tod’s flower bags that still look great after years of use. I have multiple Tod’s sneakers and loafers, and have not had any wear out after multiple years of use. From Fendi, I have a Monster tote and a By the Way. Both have performed well, but the By the Way is showing a little wear after a few years. I have several pairs of Ferragamo sneakers and loafers, and they are nice. Their sizing is not consistent, though. I haven’t ever bought a Ferragamo bag because I had one of their zippers break on me while trying it on in their boutique.

I agree with what others have said… go for the one that makes your heart sing. They are all great brands!

I almost forgot, I also have a Monster bag in denim lined in satin. Super cute bag, but am horrified at the construction of the lining. The lining is ripped to s**t. It has fused stabilizer to give it a little structure, but since I can now see all sides of it, I know that the stitching is terrible. They used a single straight stitch. There is no overedge/serged/finished stitch, so, of course it pulled apart with use.

While I certainly want to give SF loafers a try, I have/have had several Tod's loafers. They are fantastic. Durable, look great, comfortable. I spent a week in Europe last fall and walked for miles every day. I wanted to pack light, so only brought one pair of Tod's loafers (I added an arch support). It was a little scary, but they were just great!

I have been itching for an SF bag and have my eyes peeled for a small Sofia. We'll see how that goes. But yeah, in my book, Tod's is just great!

Shocking about the fendi lining!

So I’m second guessing my purchase of a Ferragamo bag I got on sale, I don’t know much about this brand because some really cute designs and style, and in my area, I barely see it on anyone. Can I get some advice as to keep or if anyone has this bag that can tell me if it’s worth the buy? Should I keep or buy say a Chloe tote or Burberry tote?
