Here’s a shot of medium with the crossbody strap. It’s much longer compared to the regular embossed baguette. I’m not loving it and it sits way too low for my preference (I’m 5’5). IMO, It’s giving too much of a real “messenger” bag look. I much prefer it as a shoulder bag.

Here’s a shot of medium with the crossbody strap. It’s much longer compared to the regular embossed baguette. I’m not loving it and it sits way too low for my preference (I’m 5’5). IMO, It’s giving too much of a real “messenger” bag look. I much prefer it as a shoulder bag.
I went and tried both the small and medium and thought that I would love the medium. When I put all of my items in the medium looked at little too sloppy with everything weighing down the bottom. I think I am going to order the small as it looks great full, especially when you cinch it in. I as really surprised. The leather on the bag is very soft and buttery, which I love.
I so wanted to love this, but after trying both the medium and small this past Monday, I agree with what others have said. The medium starts to look sloppy even with only a few things in it. I only put in a phone, lipstick and cardholder and could already tell it wasn't sitting right. I was hoping it would be a good everyday bag. And while the small is pretty, I feel like it's too small, and would be more elegant if it had less going on. The drawstrings look better on the medium.
The craftsmanship on the ones I tried was great, though. Magnet closure was nice and strong without being fussy. The matcha color is divine. But ultimately a miss for me.

I’m a little obsessed with the blue one. I’m surprised it wasn’t sold out as it was pretty reasonably priced for an ornate baguette. I wonder if this will be a good timeless piece.

TIA!SA mentioned the nappa leather used for the mama baguettes are very delicate, not for everyday wear if a person tends to throw their bags around. The material feels really lux though i really am obsessed
