Hey!

Sth happend a few months ago, my reg JUC dropped on the floor. No clue why. My SA asked me to send it back for checking so it went all the way to Paris. Expecting to hear back that all is fine I got a message that I am offered an exchange. Now I am unsure what to do. Get a JUC replacement or something else? If the latter what else? Please help!

If you're worried about it happening again, or wanting a change, why not a Clash or Ecrou?

Thx. It's not about being worried just ... the JUC either scratches my watches when worn on the left or hurts when pushed into my wrist by the 7 Loves. Tried the Ecrou ond and of course the Clash. Not convinced by their design. Or get a Santos watch instead?

What jewellery do you currently wear everyday?

Waaaay to much:
7 Love bracelets - permanently of course
+1 watch - of my collection varying depending on my mood, all non-Cartier
+2 rings (from the collection of Panthères  , Love or Trinities)
+2 rings with emeralds and sapphires - non-Cartier
+1 bracelet with sapphires - non-Cartier
+ the reg JUC w/dia

Wow! That is a lot, but I imagine it looks gorgeous!!

A Clash or Ecrou would look perfect if you wanted something different

Do you have another JUC? If so I would keep only 1 juc and get something else to replace defective juc. What about something Panthere line?

Are you looking for other items (i.e. necklace, earrings, etc) or another bracelet or ring? Can you narrow it down more?

I think you should do an exchange. You don't seem too fond of the JUC, and it's not uncommon, as you know, that although some may like the comfort of the JUC, on the flip side, there are many that complain of its discomfort.

I think there may be some new designs coming out since a bunch of items were recently discontinued. If you don’t think you want to keep the JUC and not sure where to go from here, I’d hold on to the credit and see what new fun stuff (if anything, because this is only a prediction) gets released.

Do you know which month does Cartier release their new pieces? Can’t wait for something new, if there are any

No idea about their schedule. I only know that they are planning well ahead - am aware of some items coming out next year but in a different category.

Tending to stay with the JUC but really unsure???

I believe that if it happens something like this it's a sign to change..... Mayne I would choose Clash bracelet or Cartier watch or let it be like a bonus for the future wishes....)))

I would exchange it for something else as well. I feel like you LOVE your other pieces and like your JUC. I could be wrong but I think a ring or watch would be a nice replacement

Got some news and ideas from two SAs of mine. They suggested wearing something soft in between the JUC and the rest of the jewelry. So any ideas here? Any soft bracelet type thing?

Just to clarify: The JUC DOES harm other items. Two of mine were massively scratched by the JUC.
