Favorite Loewe

If you had to pick two Loewe bags to keep, which one would it be?

It was a tough one, I wanted to go with medium Puzzle and Flamenco, but if I really really had to choose, I might actually go for mini and large Flamenco and a small (classic) Hammock, I'm bummed that I sold mine  I do LOVE my medium Puzzle, can't imagine parting with it, but there's something about the softness and malleability of both classic Hammock and the Flamenco that speaks to my heart. Puzzle is a bit tough, too cuboid for me, I like softness, never liked structured bags, sold them all ;)

Similar experience regarding the puzzle bag! It was my first love towards anything Loewe (back then when they have lesser online presence) but its boxyness kinda didn't work too well with my frame. Tried out the small Hammock and never looked back since!

Also, I'm in the hunt for an older style Flamenco, I think it's called the Flamenco shoulder knot bag!

I can definitely understand love for the Hammock, the classic small one slouches so beautifully, packs a lot, is quite secure because it falls in on itself (unlike the compact hammock especially in satin calfskin  ), and it's such a unique bag. So much so that I'm thinking of buying it again, even though I have 2 bigger bags already.

Couldn't agree more! I tried to make the compact hammock work since I'm 5'4" and thought I should go for the shorter hammock according to my frame, but in terms of practicality and ease of mind, I can't wrap around my head how 'open' the compact hammock is when filled with my basic necessities and being worn on the shoulder. I kinda have to treat it as a mini bag and carry just minimum and non-bulgy stuff to have it folded nicely, whereas with the small size I could throw anything to my heart's content and it closes itself. Perhaps if I really want a second hammock, I could have the compact one to be exclusively as a top handle, mini bag.

I have the same problem with the compact! Exchanged my small for compact Panda hammock, and yes, it is beautiful, no doubt, makes me smile every time I look at it or take it out, but it's completely useless in terms of practicality... Zero closure if you want to wear it crossbody, slightly better with the wings out, but you still need to have your brain in stress mode all the time, looking down, checking if everything's still inside. I used my small one everywhere, in crowded places, never had to think about security. Only now I can see how much I loved that bag
