I often buy Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean Paste as gifts for my friends who bake or for a little house warming gift. I use it in cookies, waffles, pancakes and anywhere you would use regular vanilla extract but it’s just so much better. I made a London Fog the other day and used it as the sweetener.

Oh my. Today I learned about the existence of vanilla bean paste (obviously I am not a baker), and now I have to try it.
