Since this thread is so old, thought I'd revive it to see what the more recent experiences are for narrow feet/shoes. There is a lot of info for wide feet, not much for narrow.

Stuart Weitzman 7 or 7.5 N fit me perfectly. Boot sizing isn't usually a problem for me since I can always wear socks. I work outdoors, so I wear boots of one kind or another depending on the weather. Usually it's Timberland sneaker-style boots for work, I have about 6 pairs of them. For sneakers, Keds are the only brand I've found that fit well. I do have a pair of G.Zanotti high-tops that fit just Ok, a little too roomy, and no arch support.

Haven't tried Choo's yet. Nearest place to try any on is 1.5 hrs. away. I mostly order online, or purchase at my kind-of semi-yearly trip to Nordstrom Rack. My NR doesn't usually have much in the way of designer shoes. Do get some S. Weitzmans there though. Full price Choo's aren't in my budget, but I might have to bite the bullet and order some to try. I also can't wear heels more than 3ish inches high, which complicates the search even more.

I have used Foot Petals, of various incarnations, but I usally give up on them. It seems as my feet move in the shoe, they rub the patches loose too quickly, which ends up even more uncomfortable, or they end up 'moving' to where they stick out. I end up just not wearing the shoes that need help anymore, not worth the trouble of constant monitoring.

I'd appreciate any tips or info.

Ferragamo comes in narrow widths, Chanel flats run narrow (the rest of their shoes do not, however), and Louboutins run narrow as well. Stuart Weitzman also comes in narrow but I don't have a lot of experience with SW so I can't speak personally.
