When did Fashionphile change their refresh program? I checked Fashionphile’s terms and conditions and in the process noticed that they changed the buyout amounts to their refresh program. Until recently if you sold your item back to fashionphile in the first 3 months you’d get 75% back of the price paid. As of today it’s 65%, with it being reduced to 60% for months 3-6, and 55% for the rest of the time.

Looks like it went into affect two days ago.

I got an email about an update to their seller T’s and C’s today. One the one hand, annoying about lowering the percentages. On the other, at least there was notification this time, something I felt has been lacking when previous changes came about.

I got a notice they were doing this about 3 or 4 months ago. I think this was probably a reminder to those who didn't get the original email. The bottom line: buy Chanel/Hermes/VCA/Cartier or your items will get super low quotes -- it pretty much tells you where they place the $ value for their business. I'm surprised LV doesn't qualify for the highest tier, but perhaps it's because too many people buy LV products from them.
