What a fun thread!

Fantasy bag: A sweet and ladylike little shoulder bag like the Chanel quilted flap or a Miss Dior.

Also agree with the other posters who said they'd love to be able to carry a clutch during the day. Love the look and concept, but I'm so disorganised and scatterbrained I'd forget it somewhere if it wasn't attached to me in some way.

Reality bag: Something light and fuss-free, of medium size that can be worn cross body. Which is why I convinced myself I needed the Fendi By the Way 😄

I must admit the price is outrageous:D borderline obscene...and not keen on reptile bags for environmental reasons.

My fantasy is the flap bag. I love the look of them, but even in large, heavy styles they don't seem to fit much. They also tend to be the most expensive options. Nonetheless, my wishlist is full of them. I miss the me that used to hate hardware and love totes.

So fantasy is a collection of Chanel and Dior flaps bags while reality is more in line with a Neverfull.
