Shared the pics in your thread. Have had this issue before so I know from experience (17B grey mini) that a bag that creases like that (all bags crease when the flap is opened, true, but this massive creasing causes the bag to create a crease that is obvious even when closed) will look used quickly and the leather gets stressed a lot. The white doesn't have that - different leather. Reason why I sold other bags before so will have to think about returning. I was ok with accepting the 3cm longer chain but don't want my bag to look like it was used for years after only several uses. Totally get that this doesn't bother others, but it surely bothers me.
Your other two bags look lovely, though. I am in love with this unusual grey/lavender tone. Major congrats! Happy you were able to score these two.
I am sorry. Had the same with my mini version and sold it in the end. If you don't use it often and haven't noticed so far, don't part with it. I am very picky about my bags and leather types, so it just bothered me looking at a bag that looked overly used after only having been worn a couple of times. I remember one member posted the same issue a couple of months ago and was able to return the bag as Chanel accepted it as a defect.After reading this post I got paranoid and dig out my m/l from 17b and realized this.... I have always thought it’s normal or to be more accurate, I don’t even know I should look for this since it’s my first Chanel... I’m kind of sad now

I am usually (really) not picky, so all I can say is, for me to notice these things, they would have to be pretty apparent. And the others, thank you!! I think the classic small is a cool size. It's expensive for a small bag, but it IS larger than a mini, and IMO, better constructed. Hoping for better luck with those than the minis

yes it looks comparable to the older minis before 18S. 18S was smaller and shorter than anything before I believe.
I’ve only seen the Navy in real life so far.

this is the Navy with GHW. I had the chance to try it on and it is slightly longer than 18S. comparing to my 18S which is difficult to crossbody. it also seems taller/higher. I didn’t have my 18S one with me to compare unfortunately.
but just from looking at my photo now you can tell the top flap seems longer than the 18S one. I know in the Spring/Summer thread a few others have also mentioned that 18S square seemed to have a smaller capacity than before and I know someone also posted comparison pics with older squares. I think it’s either shorter or the length of the flap portion was lesser, making it hard to pull down and close and you couldn’t overstuff it. if not many have said that a square can actually fit as much as a rectangle as it’s taller in height still. (Except 18S)
though the 18B caviar leather is not as shiny as the 18S one, it does have the shine to it, and finer grain pebbles. it’s also pretty sturdy and thick, puffy. it still has a very classic look.
to me it’s still gorgeous, gorgeous enough for me to consider rehoming my 18S for a 18B one instead hmmm...
I have the 18S square mini as well. and it does seem shorter and has a smaller capacity than the other square minis i have. I thought it was just the one I got.. Good to know that it's the case for every 18s square mini!
Has anyone seen the Working Vibe in person? The strap looks very long and I’m curious if it can be shortened or doubled up.
I was never a Gabby girl, and it's admittedly still not one of my favorites lol, but I really fell for the Small Black Chevron. As we know the price increased on Gabbys a few weeks back to $3900, but I was able to get this one for the pre increase $3600 so I jumped on it. Happy to have her in my humble collection.

I've seen the lists for saks, Neimans, Nordstrom, Hirsch & Bloomie and I've asked over 10 Boutique SAs and Only BG has it on their list. Unless specific boutiques will receive some?? The preorders at BG are filled, unfortunately, unless someone passes when theirs arrives.
