it’s “Metallic Crumpled Calfskin, Goatskin and Ruthenium-tone Metal” in Grey. oh I would love to see it under bright sunlight!
there’s also a Black one that is “Metallic Crumpled Calfskin & Gold-tone Metal” but I can’t seem to remember where I saw a pic of it oops.

Few of my 18B goodies have started to arrive! I'm DYING over the grey Chevron, it's absolutely a stunning grey with lavender undertones!!
And the iridescent dark turquoise is amazing, I love the shifts of purple, blue & green against the rainbow hw

I posted on a separate thread. but watch out for some issues with the pink. My SA tested the ones in his boutique in all sizes, and creasing is an issue. He is escalating to his operations manager. Not an issue with the other colors. Also chain drop lengths are super inconsistent.

I want this! Is it boutique only?
I’m on a waitlist for this in mini! It looks stunning in your photos. I’d love to hear your thoughts on the texture and durability of the leathers. Does it feel like other aged calf or does the shimmery effect change the texture? I’m so excited for it to come in.
After reading this post I got paranoid and dig out my m/l from 17b and realized this.... I have always thought it’s normal or to be more accurate, I don’t even know I should look for this since it’s my first Chanel... I’m kind of sad now

They CAN do this after lots of use, but should never look like a bunch of creased threads on a brand new bag. It happens after use on the lamb bags quite a bit. If you notice on the one I posted, the creasing was still evident after the flap was put back down, which is totally unacceptable.After reading this post I got paranoid and dig out my m/l from 17b and realized this.... I have only used it once. The good thing is at least it doesn’t show any creasing when the flap is down. I’m still kind of shocked by this, but I cannot do anything anymore since it’s been a year... lesson learned.
But also make sure you keep it conditioned. If they are super dry, they can look like this too!

Bergdorf is the only location that ordered the Grey Calf Chevron in the Rectangular mini size
as far as I know. I've seen the lists for saks, Neimans, Nordstrom, Hirsch & Bloomie and I've asked over 10 Boutique SAs and Only BG has it on their list. Unless specific boutiques will receive some?? The preorders at BG are filled, unfortunately, unless someone passes when theirs arrives.
