I've complained to customer service about this one was a mother's day gift what an embarrassment seems with the latest shipments they have gotten better.

They don't have the greatest record of packing and shipping properly, which amazes me as much as they ship!
The box was torn in the corners. I called JAX immediately and they are sending a new box. When I first saw the corners was worried the Rogue took a beating but opened up the box and voilà...a perfect Rogue. Whew...
Does the stuff shipped from JAX say by whom it was packed? I've never had issues with packaging when there's an associate's name on the packing sticker. Macy's, L&T, and I believe all my Nordstrom orders do so and things come well packed when there's someone who is taking responsibility for their job.
Nope, never saw a name regarding who packed the bag. That's why all kinds of things happen!

It very well could be the shipper. They stack boxes one on top of another in trucks. Maybe they need to be marked "fragile" [emoji4]

I just peaked at it now - my GAWD!! It is just exquisite! As the others have said - a piece of art is right. I say that confidently after owning many higher-end luxury bags. It is has really exceeded my expectations and for this price - COACH at that - they were very high. I am at work now getting ready to go back outside and take another peak.
I definitely think it is worth ordering since it is so limited they may sell out quickly on backorder. You can always return if you want.
I had mine shipped to the store and it had come in the big magnetic box. I actually chose to leave the box there. I have a few from my last 1941 purchases and many other boxes from my other bags. I'm all boxed out. I hated to leave it but I find all they do is take up space at home. They are very nice boxes though and I would have kept it of I didn't already have 2.
