((. I received a cornflower rogue today and it's loveIt was very difficult to open three of the metal clips on the shoulder straps of my oxblood Rogue that came factory wrapped. Yesterday, I could only open one of them using the lever and the other three I opened by pulling down the little rod with my finger. Today, two of the four are opening smoothly, but I still have two that I have to use my finger instead of the lever.
That's exactly how mine is. I ordered a 2nd one to see if it's any better, should be here tomorrow.
I may just keep my suede and return the oxblood. I really love the oxblood Rogue and also really wanted a purse that color, but my saddle bag 35 in Bordeaux came today and that's close enough. I'm not completely sure yet.
Anyone who ordered Sunday receive had their black rogue ship yet? Mine is taking longer to process than I thought.

WRT to your oxblood; that's my 3rd fave of the rogues (suede, black/python, then oxblood). Since the python wasn't really under consideration due to my DH's banhammer (lol) it was between suede and oxblood for me. But I have an awesome oxblood AW already, so couldn't do it. I wish I was rich, rich, RICH!!!
The suede Rogue was more of an impulse buy. I had no intention of keeping two Rogues and now that I've discovered the problems with the handles on the oxblood, I'm certain I will be keeping the suede, especially since I've never owned a suede purse and always wanted one. Have you used the Frye suede protector on any of your other purses?
Seems like these bags seem to have a few issues. I hope our suede Rogues aren't plagued.
I have not tried the Frye protector yet. I have a really high quality pair of Frye OTK suede nubuck boots I plan to try it on in the next day or two. Hopefully this way I can see how it affects color and texture. If good effect then I will try it carefully on my Rogue before going crazy with it. I'll let you know how it works if you wish.
It went to "processing" this morning and shipped by late this afternoon.
Have you called JAX and asked a rep when it will ship? They can look in their system and see if a shipping label has printed. I did that today with my Rogue and they told me it would ship today and about a half hour later I received notification from UPS.
Yes, they said it would ship after 8 pm today, no tracking info yet. Talked to them about an hour ago; I've been getting excuses based on the huge number of number of orders placed on Sunday. Sigh, just feel like I'm getting the runaround.
Nope, I ordered Sunday and it's still processing for me. Suede rogue shipped today though.
