So if I can't decide which color rogue, can I order two and return one? I don't usually do returns when I buy bags lol. I didn't know if there is an issue with using the promo and returning one.

No you can definitely do that as long as tags are on and bag is unused. Sometimes you just have to get it home and walk around with it a bit to decide, much like a lot of clothing you buy. What's dangerous is if you can't decide and want both LOL!

I'm not sure how this is going to work on Coach.com. I just called and I was told that all saddle bags are excluded, and the rep also told me the newer bags will also be excluded because that's how it generally works and then she told me that if stores are doing something different that could be up to their general manager. So it sounds like stores are able to do what they want and Coach.com is sticking to policy. I hope the rep I spoke to is misinformed.

Anne that is so frustrating! Clearly the deal with the PCE was a corporate decision - the stores cannot override it. I hope she was misinformed as well.

Yes, it makes no sense that stores are able to offer discounts and JAX can't. But, she said it's something that could be done on the store level for customer satisfaction, and she could be right because it is stated on the back of the card, no adjustments on previous purchases, and stores are doing that. However, if they were already told the saddle bag is excluded, I'm hoping that's the only exclusion.

I was at a Coach Boutique today and it sounded like they were told no longer an exclusions.

Question on the mineral Rogue. The stock pictures of the mineral show the hangtag and keyfob thing in mineral and having stitching that is more neutral. The reveals I have seen have black hangtag/keyfob. Do you think there are any out there with mineral colored attachments or are the stock pictures wrong? TIA!

The stock pictures are often "in the making" pics and the bags once reaching production have alterations. I'm personally not a fan of this because people starting looking for the bag only to be disappointed. Managers take the pics back to their store to share and people are then looking forward to that bag. I could see a seldom change but Coach does it all to often. Does anyone know of other designers that do this?? The Rogue is a beautiful bag and I agree it would be nice with a neutral tag but that won't be a deal breaker for many.

Did you try calling JAX more than once. I know the Saddle bags are excluded but not the Rogue which is very odd to me. I also tend to think that the person at JAX might be wrong. All the stores are given a list of exclusions from headquarters; JAX follows the same list so this is just odd. For her to even tell you that the stores can do another thing does not make sense. Ask for a manager possibly. . . Good Luck!

I called a store that's a couple hours away from me. They said nothing is excluded. I'm going to work through them instead of JAX.

That's exactly what I would do as you will be taken good care of. It really does help to find a good SA at Coach and go from there. They will do whatever they can for you - you'll get more Customer Service than with JAX.

It frequently happens that the production items of clothing differ from the advertised pictures which were taken from 'samples', but I haven't noticed it with bags. I too would prefer matching tags if we're going to get them.

Thanks...basically that's what I was told....in the making. I am totally not a fan of that.....I am so into details! I know another bag I considered was a large Prairie. All stock photos showed metal hangtags...but it had leather. Not that big a deal on that...but the Rogue, stitching color, hangtag, Key fob....thats different.

Saddle bags aren't excluded. The rep I spoke to at JAX provided incorrect information. I called a Coach store in my state and dealt with a very helpful associate manager who is taking care of me. She even came in at 8:30 this morning to ring up all her presales and answered the phone when I called to switch out two bags. If I had purchased my Rogue and Outlaw from them, she would have given me a price adjustment, and I could have just kept those bags, but now I have to return and repurchase. There are definite benefits to working with an SA or manager at the store level rather than JAX because at JAX each rep will tell you something different.

I just received my Coach receipt via email, so everything went through, including the saddle bag at the 30% discount. I'm so glad I never used the Rogue and Outlaw, and I can now return them.
