I've heard there will be a PCE in March but that all 1941 bags will be excluded. If I'm wrong, someone correct me!

Have you checked the PCE forum? There are some discussions about the upcoming March PCE.

Rogue is absolutely a 1941 bag -- it comes with the special booklet and packaging and story patch. It is included in the event. I am waiting to find out if that means ALL Rogue styles. I can't really see why not!

Yes. And it's definitely included in the sale as I told my SA that I was interested in the Rogue specifically and she offered that she could reserve one for me now at 30% off. Woohoo!

I emailed my SA this morning to ask the same thing. I am all over it if I can presale the yellow one. I'm not terribly tempted by anything else so that means I can be content until Aug/Sept and see what new colors arrive (and if there's another PCE?).
