Fall in love with TODS, anyone like me?

I’m in! I’ve seen Tod’s for years, and while I appreciated how well made and classic they are, none of the styles ever really spoke to me.

But now I think Tod’s has designed my ultimate bag! Been hunting for a medium-sized, east-west satchel with top handle plus crossbody strap and external slip pockets. It may not be the most beautiful of their styles, but it looks absolutely functional and ticks all the boxes of being under-the-radar, timeless, and gorgeous leather. Hopefully I’ll get to see it IRL and take advantage of a sale

Anyone bought the 'new' Tod's? I really like the Matteo Tamburini direction and just hope influencers and celebs don't ruin it. (Snob? Moi?)

I’ve worn Tod’s shoes for a long time, they fit me really well.

I’ve just ordered black patent ballerinas with bows to wear with my black sequin Christmas outfit-last year I wore Tod’s black patent mock croc ballerinas , but they’ve seen better days, so I’ve just replaced those.

I love their driving shoes as well(although I don’t drive!)

LOVE Tods and have for many many years - their leather is wonderful, their designs are super simple and not cluttered with logos. I have quite a few of their bags and also their shoes - just got a pair of new driving loafers when I was on vacation in Milan and can’t wait to wear them now that fall is here!

I’m just getting to know Tod’s bags and shoes. I’m hoping to get a studded tote of theirs soon! I’m such a “basic” handbag collector. I have black, brown, and white primarily lol. Nothing with logos or anything that really “screams” the brand. Tod’s definitely fits that bill for me!

I finally got to see the T-case bauletto in real life - the Holt Renfrew in Vancouver only had it in suede. But it definitely is all I hoped for - just the right size (this is the “small”), looks good with both casual and dressier styles, super practical with outside pockets. I’m so over trendy bags that aren’t user-friendly!

Not the suede. I’m going to wait (fingers crossed) until the leather version goes on sale…it was 40% off during the spring sale so I’m hoping it will be the same during the fall sale cycle.

I originally thought I’d prefer grey but I recently got a black bag so think the brown would be more diverse and still coordinate with everything.

I’m not sure but assuming it will coincide with Black Friday sales (end of November).

I've looked at the Cool Box but prefer the practicality of the Tods with exterior pockets, and didn't like the Cool Box's zipper-cover thing. It seems like a neat feature but sometimes I prefer keeping my bag open if I'm going in and out of it lots and you can't do that with the Cool Box.
