Awesome! It's definitely more fun to see a letter from Coach- it makes a girl feel special. Are you getting anything?

I don't know. I really shouldn't. They are buttering me up with the "early access" and me being one of their "most loyal customers!" I am tempted by Nomad and the Biker Rip and Repair Shadow, and I wanted at least one of the colored feather fobs, but I've spent so much lately.

Just fyi, here's something new coming for siggy lovers. What jumped out at me first were:
1) I like the trend to longer straps.
2) And the trend I *really* like is that break-away zippers seem to be disappearing.

I had to check out the Nomad and Ace in person--both much bigger than I expected. The Ace totally blew me away and I was weak…lol. The leather on both of these is gorgeous and totally worth the price IMO. I was surprised at the strap on the Ace--much more comfortable than many of my other Coach straps-wide but not too wide, thick but not stiff, and the extra part on the shoulder is wonderful! Outside pocket, feet on the bottom that actually are functional, lots of attention to detail and the smell is divine. These bags are in a different league than their cross grain bags…never thought I would be gushing about Coach again.

Burgundy ace amazed me!! I'm just not liking the price, don't know why it's $100 more than nomad. I'm also afraid I would have it all scratched up in no time.

My guess on the price difference is labor involved. Nomad is more clean, simple lines and probably easy to manufacture, whereas the Ace has a little more detailing to it, so it drove the cost up more.

Yes, I think you're right. The Ace has more detailing.
IMO compared to their previous bags, and higher end bags, these really are worth the price.
I was so distracted by these 2 that I didn't look at anything else
