Those are real True Religion jeans imo, the blue belt label is an indication they are a S2D pair.

Wow, it's good to know about S2D... I actually never a fan of TR , I am only have 3 so far. 2 from Saks and 1 from NR, and the NR one, I believe it was from Nordstrom store, with is $303 org price, with Nordstrom sticker.

But I do noticed lots of TR in dark denim color are selling at NR , included the jeans that OP has bought on EBay.
