Thanks TPF - I was in a similar situation with another company but didn't realize it was grounds for a credit card dispute until I came across this thread. My item didn’t leave the post office for 2 months and after speaking to USPS with no resolution, I told the store I’m filing a credit card claim and that’s when they decided to refund me after initially refusing. They also gave me an extra 10% off coupon for the trouble. Thanks, All.
