No in boutique
Then it depends on the policy in your country. Online orders can be returned or exchanged and in my country, boutique orders can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit. All of the information should be on the receipt.

When I bought my Love ring, it was slightly too big so I knew I bought the wrong size.

I called the Client Relations Centre and they emailed me a returns form and prepaid shipping label. I carefully put everything back in the box, filled in the returns form, sealed the box & stuck on the shipping label.

Called UPS to organise the pickup date and they collected it the next day.

Received a confirmation email from Cartier about 7 days later advising of a refund.

Just take lots of pictures to show how it looked when you repacked it and how the box looked with the shipping label before you hand it over - it should be fine
Hello. If you dont mind what is your ring size and and how did you know it was too loose? Asking because my middle finger is US7 and i tried 55 (7 1/4) and 56 (7 1/2) and i got 56 but its a little loose. Its not hot in california yet but when i shake my hands hard it wont come off but i feel like it will if i take a shower with soap.

Sorry for the late reply! I tend to buy my Cartier rings to wear primarily on my middle finger (but I can also wear them on my index finger).

For the regular LOVE ring and LOVE wedding band, I am a 56.
For the regular JUC ring, I am a 55.
For the small Trinity ring, I am a 55.

If you have any doubts about the ring fit, bring it back to the boutique (hopefully that’s an option for you). If you shake your hand and the ring can move (doesn’t stay put), it may be slightly too big and will definitely slip off when you get it wet with water and soap.

Also depends on personal preference - some people don’t mind slightly loose rings if they prefer to stack (your hands tend to swell during the day/when it gets warm). I don’t generally do that so I prefer a ring that fits correctly when worn solo.

You should probably see how the 55 fits.

Hi everyone, has anyone try to exchange their Cartier item in a different country? I bought cartier etincelle diamond ring in Paris just yesterday with 0.18 diamond, I tried the 0.30 too yesterday, under the light of the Cartier store the 0.18 look super beautiful and subtle enough for me. But when I bring it home to Switzerland today, I completely change my mind, now that I feel the 0.18 is too small I want to exchange it to the 0.30.. I am not sure if Cartier allow an exchange in different country although it is just a neighboring country.
