Hi All!

I received my JUC bracelet via FedEx today after I ordered via the phone with my SA. We tried to guess our best with size but unfortunately the bracelet fit too tightly.

I only wore it once and immediately took it off after I noticed how snug it was.

My question is, has anyone here had experiences with exchanging items? I really hope they take the item, my fear is that they’ll tell me they are unable to exchange if they see any wear (again only tried it on once).

TIA!

You did the right thing by taking it off to avoid any scratches. Do you live in a US city with a Cartier store? If not, I strongly recommend that you get a drop off receipt from fedex or take photos of paper work during the drop off.

I do live near one but in California the stores are only open for curbside pickup only so my only choice is to return via mail. I will ask for the receipts when dropping it off. As well as even take photos of the box while at the FedEx facility. Thanks!

When I bought my Love ring, it was slightly too big so I knew I bought the wrong size.

I called the Client Relations Centre and they emailed me a returns form and prepaid shipping label. I carefully put everything back in the box, filled in the returns form, sealed the box & stuck on the shipping label.

Called UPS to organise the pickup date and they collected it the next day.

Received a confirmation email from Cartier about 7 days later advising of a refund.

Just take lots of pictures to show how it looked when you repacked it and how the box looked with the shipping label before you hand it over - it should be fine :)

I recently exchanged a YG 4 diamond Love for a YG diamond JUC. I made an appointment at the store and went inside to switch it out. I also had a repair on a bracelet recently and picked that up curbside. Both were super easy.

Thanks guys! The situation differs slightly as California stores are currently only open for phone orders or curbside pickup. My lovely SA was able to email me the return shipping label and it arrived the next day. I had my newly exchanged bracelet arrive a couple of days later. I agree @lilpikachu on your statement about taking pics. I took a picture of how the bracelet looked when I first tried it on and in the case and even went so far as to film myself repackaging and taping the box back up again (just in case lol) and asked for a tracking receipt once I dropped it off at FedEx (even though the SA’s assured me not to worry as all their shipments come with insurance but just for my piece of mind). Super easy process! Appreciate all the input :)

I have exchanged a ring that was too loose. I wore it for a few hours and put it back in the box. Went to the store a week later to do an exchange. No issues whatsoever.

I feel worry my ring size too loose I need to exchange it to one or 2 size smaller tomorrow I will see what they said also I hope to refund clash neacklace I do not know if they approve.
