I wouldn't worry about any of the issues. I've bought lots and lots of bags, and have yet to find one that is perfect. There will always be a wrinkle here, a bubble here, one stitch that it longer than the others, a misalignment etc...

People tend to assume that because Vuitton is expensive, they will be buying a perfect bag. But no, they are buying an expensive designer bag. Nothing is perfect. In the whole wide world and the history of humankind there isn't one thing that has achieved absolute perfection. It doesn't exist. So..I just love my bags, love to carry them, learn to love (or ignore) their little flaws etc...

I've got a lot of bags with weird little quirks, but I've never returned them for it. I just accept them as part of the bag and carry them and love them!

+1, way too many people expect perfection and expect damage proof items from LV.

Sometimes you could really find perfection in LV bags, their seasonal bags are really impeccable ,their design most of the time are more prone to damage but when purchased brand new, some of them are perfectly aligned- close to perfection but then again extra care and also at times, some parts are not repairable.

Too long they will not do an exchange. Similar situation with me. My Neverfull Azur MM I bought 1.5 years ago, never used it, sits in it's dust bag in my closet, then I looked at it a few months ago and noticed creasing on the handles - yes normal wear, but I didn't wear it. So probably there when I bought it, but when I just stored it away, I never saw it, until now. I live with it, since it was totally my fault for not looking at it.

Hence the dangers of buying LV, then not using it, then storing it and seeing defect much later. But many of us are guilty of admiring and not using. I'm trying not to do that --- bags are meant to be used.

Oh wow I'm not the only one. Well now I know. It was my first purchase and is special because of that. I'm sure that's why I "freaked" out when I realized the damage. I think I'll treat the vachetta with lovin my bags and just enjoy it. Right now it's still in my dust bag

I would probably take the bag to the store and ask them about the glazing. That looks as if it might cause problems for you later on. At the very least, if they're made aware of it now, you can remind them of that if you have issues with the glazing at a later time.

The wrinkling is totally normal. As it's skin, leather will do that!
