Hi there, as you know Clemence slouches if standing upright, and I think they kept it upright at the auction house (few months) so there was that curve at the bottom! While the leather is wet, it is possible to shape it so I noticed if I pinch sides with my fingers the leather becomes straight. Then I pinched it with the hair clips, but in order not to damage the leather with the “teeth” of the clips, I put the little bags (like if you hang a leather skirt you always put something in between to avoid indents).
I think it worked as I just took the off and it’s very straight!
I also ordered a felt organiser from Etsy (used already a few) - they are very sturdy so it will keep the shape of Kelly even upright.
Now I need to find a suitable twilly - and it proves to be a struggle as I want a monochrome one and all that is on the website is all colourful
Also by the way, I would Never do this kind of cleaning on smooth leathers, but clemence and Togo are very durable leathers!
I know some leathers are super fragile. My mom got her Kelly under a rain and it bubbled! Whereas I put my clemence through tap water literally...

@Israeli_Flava just had a creme and black twilly that may fit the bill. I can’t recall the pattern. I have the scarf in the picture and I love it. Highly recommend!I either want a white with a bit black or black with a bit of white twilly! Like the scarf below!!! Anyone has one that doesn’t love it anymore?

OMG! I don’t know how I missed this! I love this! If I knew how to work emoticons on the iPad, I would be jumping up and down! So thrilled for you That this worked! now I wish I had a bag to wash. . .Nothing worked! So I thought to myself, I have nothing to lose. Worst case scenario, will send it to redye after! But it worked
