Everyday Tiffany Necklace

Yeah I only recently got a rose gold necklace after ALWAYS wearing silver - it's just that bit more special & pretty looking. xMMx
I'm tempted to purchase the Tiffany Notes Letter necklace in 18k YG in my son's first initial, and then have his photo engraved on the back by PicturesOnGold.
Typically, I wear an 18k YG locket with my son's photo engraved inside on the yellow gold chain I received from my former in-laws last Mother's Day, but it's just a little bigger than I would like, and everyone is always asking me to open it so that they can see the photograph inside. I figure that if I engrave a photo on the back of a disc (like the Tiffany Notes) then it would save me the trouble and be slightly smaller than my locket (which is .75 inch diameter, while the Tiffany notes is .5 inch diameter).
Of course, the fact that I'm having a custom necklace done in rose gold has me dragging my feet, as I'm having a hard time determining which I would wear more... the custom rose gold and diamond initial necklace, or the Tiffany Notes with an engraved photo? I don't layer pendants because the chains tangle (always, for me) and the initial pendant cannot be removed from its chain (Think Jennifer Meyer Lowercase Letter necklace). My earrings are Tiffany RG DBTY (and I'm now wishing I'd purchased the YG instead, if only to better match some of my other pieces) and I wear two rose gold rings and a Cartier Trinity.
Anyway... I'm still figuring out my "daily" necklace. For now, it's my locket, but I'm planning to change it one way or another, whether it be the diamond initial necklace or the Tiffany Notes. I'm starting to think that the Tiffany Notes would be easier to wear... although it would set me back about $650 after the custom engraving...

Sounds great! I got my daughter's name & date of birth engraved on the back of my Tiffany Notes SS initial pendant...
I think it may be an older style but I've seen on it ebay recently in close to your price range, maybe $100 more in yellow gold. It's called the triple heart and it's these three hearts that are interlocking going across horizontally, all the same size. There's a diamond version with a small diamond inside each heart in yellow gold, then a plain gold with out the diamond and a silver version. I love this necklace, especially sweet for someone who wants something that stands for three, like three kids or a family of three.
This is the gold/diamond version that would be my preference.

Tiffany's has some lovely pendants for everyday - I think the horseshoe is lovely and have my eye on the Metro one in white gold with diamonds at some point 
At the moment I rotate my rose gold bean and yellow gold oval key together with couple of other non-Tiffany's pendants. The bean is a great choice for daily use as it looks lovely with most outfits.

Woops, wrong place.
I have two pieces from Tiffany's. My first was the XO charm, which I wore constantly the first 6 months. Then a few weeks ago I bought the (old version) Infinity necklace, which I've worn since.
Is there a slightly bigger size? I think I'll need to look into that one! I really do like the Tiffany Notes Initial/Letter Disc. I have it in silver and would LOVE it in gold... Soon.
If you have one already, try it for a few days and see if it grows on you again!

I have the horseshoe (not the charm one though), the "peace" necklace and an atlas drop necklace I like to wear for everyday. I really love the peretti letters with diamonds though, I've had my eye on those for a while.

I've been looking at the smaller of the two. My current locket is 3/4 inch, like the larger version on the beaded chain, and it's a little too big. I think the smaller 1/2 inch version would be a better choice for me.
I luv the peace pendant - is it silver or the diamond. My SA at Tiffanys wears the silver one! Do u have a model pic to post when u get a chance. TIA.
