Ever ordered a diamond online?

I bought my diamond solitaire earrings from Bluenile and my diamond solitaire pendant from briangavindiamonds.com. I love my purchases and the quality of the diamonds is superb. Bluenile has a huge inventory list (although most virtual inventory with not much details) and it's a great place to get loose diamonds or simple jewelry items. I don't really like the settings they offer though. BGD is great and its website is very informative and Brian and his staff provide excellent services. The workmanship of the setting is also excellent. I'll definitely buy from BGD again!

Good luck with your online purchase! BTW, you should definitely visit PriceScope.com to get more info.

I bought a 2.0 diamond from BlueNile to match my original ER diamond. I used them to make a pair of earrings. I had my original diamond certified by GIA so I'd know what to look for, and the rest was easy.

The thing I loved was the 30 day return. I thought it might take me a few tries to find the right matching diamond, but I got it right the first time.

Has anyone ordered a diamond internationally? The Pharmacist and I are starting to look at engagement rings, but the selection available in Australia is both dismal and vastly overpriced. We're looking for a well-cut cushion in the 3-4ct range. I love the look of GOG's cushions but am not sure about making such a big purchase across such a large distance. Does anyone have any advice to offer?

I know many people have purchased from Good old gold internationally with no trouble. Most of the "major" Pricescope-Friendly online vendors do. We are VERY happy with our GOG experience.
