Happened to me today! Heavily cracked so I’m guessing this might have been a returned neverfull. I texted the CA I purchased from, she read the message but hasn’t responded yet. I thought I had inspected it thoroughly but I didn’t look closely at the inside. Any ideas ? Would it be disrespectful to my CA if I went in store tmro without an apt to exchange it? Advice helps, thanks!

Yes, happened to me several times, overlooked problem (even I thought I had looked throughly) till I got home. I normally just resold them except one time the item was too bad and I did an exchange.

It’s hard to find but check at the bottom of the inside secretarial pocket (close to the inseam) I don’t think its gold I think its blind embossed

On the medium agenda it's where lotusflowerbaum described. Back cover, bottom seam, inside the pocket. Mine is Damier Ebene and the code is in red. I'm happy you asked because I didn't know either and had to look!
