Check your spam folder as well for a response.

I found a link on the purse forum for Etinceler Authentications, so for $5 I sent pics of my Chanel & got a response back the same day regarding my bags authenticity. I just wondered if anyone else has used this source for reviewing bag authenticty? Compared to other websites that offer similair services, they were a lot cheaper. Although I didn't need any written documentation, the price did increase if it were needed. I just was curious to hear any feedback on this website. Thanks!

Bought a email authentication from them. I have the receipt to prove it from PayPal. They are ignoring all my emails and never even emailed me a confirmation. It's been weeks now with no reply. YES I have checked my spam. I personally do NOT trust this site

We emailed you twice informing you that we did not receive your pictures. We cannot authenticate items without pictures. For you to say that it's been weeks is not true. You paid on August 29th and we responded the same day for pictures. Today we refunded you.
