Epi leather speedy B caving in :(

I suppose this may be due to the Epi leather being processed diagonally. The old Epi Speedies did not have that, ever after years of use. They did get little wrinkles, though.

Thanks, the “dent” doesn’t bother me at all. I don’t think it takes away from the beauty of the bag, and the purse serves my needs.

I’m so lazy with the pre-research and always l learn about possible ‘issues’ immediately AFTER I buy a bag‍♀️ just got this one preloved and thought it was a great find since the style/color is discontinued; but now I hear about the indentations?? This speedy is the only one I will buy (famous last words lol) but I really do find this material to be my favorite for the iconic style; it’s understated yet signature and even with the dents it’s still by far the most ‘structured’ bag I own.

I have the black and mine is the same. I never even noticed it. Funny what I don't notice until I see these posts! Personally, I don't worry about such things. It's a beautiful bag.

It's beautiful! Dents and all I so would not worry about this.

My new-to-me preloved Doc BB also has the dent, I don't know how to restore it unless fully stuffed.

Anyone here has any idea how to restore the dent in front?

Try putting a purse organizer inside and fill it up, should work! Purse organizers aren’t expensive and have one for all 5 of my Speedys

You are welcome, I should add I have a Black epi Speedy with a strap and it has a dent near top too, I never even notice it. I’ve had it for about 3 years and still get compliments on it. Your dent is below the top so when filled with an organizer I doubt you will notice it.
