I'm getting married next month (I just threw up a little typing that... Haha) and when I get married it'll be some what of a stack on my left finger.... Wedding band, spacer band, engagement ring. when I went wedding band shopping I was kind of bored with only a wband and engagement ring. The spacer gave it that extra something strangely enough.

Copycat! :p

:p

Yes I am! And I'm proud of it!

In fact, if I ever change to a solitaire setting (way way down the line when my setting is dying and i need to pull the plug and order my diamond to abandon ship) there is a high chance I'll copy something similar to your original solitaire as well! Haha But I won't know until I get there...

I love Auntie Mame!! LOL. All joking aside, I usually wear my engagement ring alone, with no bands, since I have to take off my ring frequently and wash my hands. When I am not working, I like wearing one to two bands with my engagement ring.

It's been a bit of an evolution. I started with a solitaire e-ring paired with a wedding band with ?8 small diamonds evenly spaced around the ring. These were set in gold. Then I got a different "e-ring" which was 3 stones, in platinum (a princess cut center stone with trilliants) and paired that with a platinum eternity band with channel set princess cut stones all the way around. Then I stopped wearing the 3-stone ring. Then I had the eternity band copied and now often wear the 2 of them together (wearing just the single one for years, it seemed too wimpy). Now I have a pink sapphire eternity band that I mix in sometimes. I skip the e-rings except for "events" which means I wear them rarely now. The eternity bands are just easy, versatile, unobtrusive.
