I’d prefer a better cut over color. Some people are more color sensitive than others. Unless we have all the specs to compare, we don’t really know which cut is better. IF the Tiffany diamond is of equal quality cut & includes the ring setting & service that accompanies it - the price difference becomes very slim in my opinion.
Yes, we would need all of the specs to compare.
I wish more people would realize the most important "C" is cut, for it is truly what makes the diamond come alive and sparkle! I am color-sensitive too, so I settled for an E.

I think you have excellent insight into the technical side of things, so my two cents are to look if possible at the rings in daytime and night and see which one just speaks to you. And that may include the technical specs, the Tiffany name or not, which one you think looks better on your finger. I hope you have lots of fun settling on the perfect ring!
