Oh wow, I‘ll check my Tourterelle Métis later! Good thing they replaced for now. The lady in the video had the problem around the edges of the bottom.

This happened to mine and the manager at the LV I go to said she’s never had anyone else come in with this complaint. She swapped it out for a new one and I swear in store it looked perfect but when I got home and started using it I noticed it’s yellowing again! Not sure if it’s just my eyes playing tricks on me because I’m super paranoid but this is really disappointing. I feel bad taking it to the store AGAIN and seeing if they can give me the black one instead. It stinks because I love the turtle dove color.
I didn’t want to experience the same issue again so I asked for the black one and no issues whatsoever. Hopefully you have a good SA that can exchange for you
It’s the manager that makes the decision, not the SA. Please don’t put it on the SA and say that only “good SA’s” accept exchanges. Thank you!

Glad I came across this thread! I bought the turtledove neverfull in March 2021, also made in Spain. I've carried it maybe five times in two years but I just noticed this yellowing too when taking it out to wear tomorrow. Not just the seams, it looks like the imprinted leather sections as well. I don't even want to try the store since it's been so long but now I'm wondering if it is a known issue, will they help?
Yes, this is a known issue. It’s such a beautiful bag. They gave me store credit and I just exchanged for something else.
This is a known issue to LV. I purchased mine in April 2021 and took it out a few weeks ago after 3-4 months of storage (in its dust bag in my closet) to find this yellowing. I’d heard about this issue not long after I purchased it, so was keeping an eye on it. I took it to my local boutique and received a store credit for today’s price plus sales tax on the spot without them sending it off. I was pleased with how well they handled it.
After my failed attempt in September I decided to go to Louis Vuitton downtown today and the store manager did not try state this was a color transfer like the last rep did. She immediately switched it out. I decided to go with noir. I’m so glad I decided to go back and try again. I’m so excited to use this, I’m glad I got it in noir so it’ll be even more worry free!
I’m so glad you got a resolution, I love Turtledove but am so afraid to get anything in this color.
As pretty as that color is, I won’t ever get another purse in turtledove.
I just pulled out my Neverfull in turtledove since I'm going on a trip and it does have yellowing and it's pretty bad...not sure if it's been there but I just never noticed and now it got worse. This was a gift, so I don't have a receipt and of course it's not on my purchase history, do you think they LV will replace it or give me credit?
I certainly hope so. This is such a bummer about this color!!!
