I am glad they resolved it for you....who told you not to get your hopes up?Update: went to LV in my local mall and was told don’t get my hopes up, while I was waiting on their digital line went to the LV in Neiman Marcus and a helpful sales associates switched it for me no problem. He said that they had heard of this problem. Thanks for everyone’s help!

Glad you both got replacements. Did they tell you what might be causing the issue? Strange that the discoloration is only at the side seam.I bought my bag in April and was planning to use my bag today and noticed the same discoloration. My SA was able to exchange the bag for me

My SA mentioned it was the leather and the lining that was causing the issue. More likely materials used on the bags. My bag was made in Spain.
