I don’t have this bag but it’s pretty and I almost purchased one. I would definitely take it to the store, I’m sure they would do something for you! So sorry this is happening to your bag :(.

Glad you both got replacements. Did they tell you what might be causing the issue? Strange that the discoloration is only at the side seam.

My SA mentioned it was the leather and the lining that was causing the issue. More likely materials used on the bags. My bag was made in Spain. Not sure for the other person if there bag was made in Spain too.

Now I am a little worried about my Onthego in the same color. Did they say anything about materials specific to Spain? Mine was made in France.
