She strikes me as pretty ordinary - not exceptional in acting talent or looks or sex appeal. Doesn't make her a terrible person - just not that special. And hence, I don't really understand how she manages to keep getting work in movies and TV.

I never heard of Julia taking Emma to sets either, but I think she's a really cute girl and probably has more opportunities due to her family connections, but I still think most would only cast for a role if they felt the actor/actress was the most qualified and would represent the film best.

The earrings don't go w the dress or hair, IMO. I like the dress, but it doesn't seem to compliment her as well as it should. Very pretty make up though and I like her hair being kept simple.
