Emails from Coach

Yes, same here for over 6 months now. There have been sporadic posts regarding this issue here and there on this forum, so I think it's happening to many people.
Signing up again never helps, and consequently I have stopped receiving all email from Coach except for order confirmations.

Coach's e-mail system must be messed up. Every time I buy something, they ask for my e-mail address even though I gave it to them the previous time. This happens at the outlet and at FP. It's like my e-mail address never gets saved to their database. Naturally, I never get any Coach e-mails.

I just received the email. And this is not long after the store turned emails back on. Just now they told me I am not signed up for emails. I told her that they just turned it back on Monday and it has already been turned off again. Irritating.

they recently sent me an email asking if I want to be on their mailing list. funny thing i already am on their list and get coupons etc then they ask me if i want to be on their email list, well they send me emails so clearly i am already on their list!

i don't know what's this about, then they sent me email thanking me for getting on their list even though i always was on their list way before.

Coach's system is messed up. But at least you still get the coupons. I wish I did too.
