Elsa Peretti SS open heart pendant in 11 or 16mm?

I just went to try on the Tiffany open your heart mini in yellow gold. I love the size of it but I feel like the heart shape isn’t defined enough. I wouldn’t want anything bigger because I feel like it will take away from my Cartier diamante leger. What do you guys think?

I think that looks lovely. I have the 11mm heart in sterling silver and for me it is the perfect size for daily wear because I like just having a "kiss" of silver at the throat but it all depends on what look you're going for. I also have a bigger floating heart necklace (not Peretti) I sometimes wear when I want a bolder look.
