Yeah, like other have said, go with either the small/mini or medium. Since you're 5'7", the medium might look better. Honestly, it depends on your features too (IMO). I'm 5'6", had a large, but I have small features, so the 1" pendant looked a big funny on me...I ended up selling it awhile back =\

I like the idea someone else said, that I've also heard on this forum: Get the medium and get a small carved heart, too. It sounds so cute!

little bit of an update!
I got a box in the mail from my wonderful BF and in that box was a little blue box with a pretty red ribbon!! I can't open it till Christmas morning..(my family usually opens gifts from each other on Christmas eve, his family doesn't), I'll post pictures Christmas morning!

A tad late I know, but in case you or anyone else were still wonderding, the two smallest sizes are the Small and the Medium-A. Both are on 16-inch chains, with the Medium-A's chain being a little heavier of a gague. I personally sell both just as often as eachother and it usually depends on wearer's body shape and style preference. I'd say either would work in your case, and if you had any second-guesses, just drop in any Tiffany and try on the other and go with whichever gives you the biggest smile :p

I convinced my bf to let me open it christmas eve and I love it!
But when I tried it on, the charm looked perfect, but the chain is a little uncomfortable..:crybaby:.. It's just too tight around my neck, and with some discussions with my mother, and my bf tomorrow i'm really hoping that I could possibly get an 18-inch chain when I get home(at that point RUNNING to the tiffany's store) I love love love the charm size though, any bigger and it would have looked odd on me. let's hope my bf is on the same train of thought as I am.. I don't want to hurt his feelings by him thinking I don't like it or anything

Congrats!! However, if the pendant came with the 16 inch chain, you'll have to go to customer service to ask for the chain to be extended. The store will usually send out the chain to NY to have it extended and then you can have them mail it back to you. I've had the extension done on several chains from Tiffany's. It will cost you something (maybe $20) but they will tell you at customer service.

I know this is a little late in the day- but just wondering how you are finding the size heart you decided on, did you get a small in the end??? Hope your chain was sorted out.

I'm looking at getting one myself and after reading this realise the mini open heart would definately be too small. I tried on the medium ($250au for heart only) on Saturday and loved it- i'm thinking i'd go for that despite only being 5ft3. I didn't try the small on though maybe i should try both 1st.

Does anyone else have modeling pics of the different sized hearts???

Also I was planning on getting the medium on an 18inch chain what do u think???
