Elsa Peretti 6.5mm bean necklace or this made in Italy random heart necklace?

Hi there!

I saw this cute heart pendant in necklace at tj maxx price was $119 and regular price it said $179… it says 14k gold and has some weird series of either letters or numbers that I can’t decipher.

So thing is I showed my husband and I said I liked this one because it reminds me of the Tiffany EP bean necklace…

He said if I would rather have the bean necklace I can order it.

So here’s my dilemma. Does this heart pendant looks “14k gold authentic” and also does it look good for its price or I should return it and go for the EP 6.5mm yellow gold bead necklace? I’m also wondering if this heart pendant is about the same size as the bean 6.5mm.

I would go with Tiffany because you’re always going to wonder and feel as if you settled since you’re already questioning it

I think this necklace is very cute! Probably a good price for solid 14K, I really like TJ Maxx jewelry although I tend to buy their sterling silver or gold plated sterling silver. If you love the bean get it, but I personally would prefer a heart over a bean. I looked up the bean, the size you are talking about is $600 so a big difference in price. You could measure this heart to compare the size.

I really like the heart I even asked my oldest son and he preferred the heart! It was just an unexpected find since I was only going there to buy a bracelet I saw couple days ago (a gold plated bracelet with MOP clover just like the VCA but not VCA, it’s an american designer brand forgot her name)

I did some quick research and looks like 18k gold looks more yellow than 14k but still I like the gold on this one.

I noticed that! I was worried about a price increase but if I keep the heart I’ll save money anyways! I just wanted something simple that’s also real gold. I’m saving for a LV montsouris backpack in empreinte too ‍

It’s possible that I just go tomorrow to the store and try it on. I checked online and they didn’t had the 6.5 in stock at my store but I could try the rose gold or even the ss to see the shape etc.,

I don’t have to have a brand name as the bean itself doesn’t “say” the brand and I think the puffy heart looks really nice! I was wondering if the heart looks a quality necklace and pendant as the bean one. I just read and noticed that 18k gold is more yellow and this one is 14k. It does look gold to me but not strong yellow gold. I don’t think that would be a strong point to me tho. Here’s another picture of me with it:

They don’t have the bean necklace in stock at my local store. But I plan to go and try the rose gold or ss to see the size etc.

It actually doesn’t show any color difference between them! I went today and tried the 9mm bean vs my puffy heart. So it’s a $119 puffy heart 14k gold vs $900 bean 18k gold. It honestly got me thinking about if the bean is really 18k gold or this heart 14k gold one is really good! My husband mentioned the heart might be hollow inside and the bean might weight better. I didn’t thought about comparing weight but they seem similar as I didn’t noticed any difference without thinking about it. Both of them run around its chain.

This is bean 6.5mm with diamond which I didn’t like.
