Hi girls - Elle MacPherson is Australian - and the bag appears to be from an Australian Designer - Morrissey. His first name is Peter Morrissey, but Morrissey is the name of the label. The bag was in stores a while ago now, probably more than a year ago...

I doubt this would be something easy to track down... He's not huge, and there wouldn't have been that many made.

You could try looking up Morrissey on ebay.com.au - good luck.
