No problem! I'm sorry if I offended anyone. Maybe I should state "sellers whose origins are overseas or in Asia, specifically China at this time." Not to offend anyone living in an area that is not part of America. I should stop while I'm ahead... get foot out of mouth!

Seriously, I am Asian and I am disgusted with the fakes that are made and sold by people living in Asia and other parts of the world. The people I feel badly for are the legit Asian sellers on eBay. I just bought an awesome Mono Speedy 35 from one of these sellers. There is a huge LV re-sale market in Hong Kong with stores like Milan Station selling authentic pre-loved LV. Next time I go, I plan to take advantage of it!

But you know sometimes there's not much of a price difference between a new one and a bag sold in Milan Station/Paris Station/Italy Station etc. And I think the ones in those shops are poorly treated (i.e. dirty) and everyone's touched it...just my opinion so I hope you don't take offense to it :P

Really? I haven't been to any of those stores yet but I have heard good things about them from travel agents that have. I still want to go look and drool, maybe ON one of those 2k bags that are already dirty! ;)

Sometimes you can pick yourself up a bargain, like on limited edition pieces but it really depends on the store. It's like your free to pick up any bag on the shelf and try it on, hence that's why so many people have touched it! The Hermes bags are always locked away, cause it's $$$

I think for me when I went back, I went to those stores and tried on the bags before actually going to the actual LV store :P. Trying it on in LV makes me nervous cause the SAs look at you :| Haha

That's more reason why I do not buy LV or other bags from eBay.

For my peace of mind, I'd rather earn, save and buy it directly from the LV boutiques myself, regardless of the price. If it's discontinued, Oh well....there's always going to be some other bags i'd get sometime. And..oh..That "reward" feeling after leaving the store with a LV bag is priceless. Better then anxiously waiting for a package to arrive, only to find out it's very used or fake. NOT WORTH IT FOR ME!
