Ear climbers

In most cases I really don't like the way they look but did just order a pair in yellow gold that are little tiny flowers on a vine, they don't go up as far on the ear as most do, hopefully I like them.

Anyone else still wearing them?

That sounds pretty, where did you order them from? Any pics?

I like the look and have decided to get a pair; Etsy has a great selection.

Honestly it's a fad. I typically say do what makes you happy but these are def extremely trendy and already starting to fade out.
I do agree that it's a fad but if you buy the right kind you can almost always turn them down so they look like a drop instead of a climber. I see more and more of them as time goes on so I don't really think they are on the way out just yet but If buying them for the first time I would definetly get an inexpensive pair.

Reviving this thread because I recently added piercings to my ears specifically to wear ear climbers after seeing them on a friend. Jewelry-wise I am definitely the opposite of "trendy," I've been wearing the same jewelry all day every day for years

Super happy with the overall look, personally I don't think it will be outdated later on :

I bought a pair of ‘ear climber’ earrings by Suzanne Belperron (Verdura Belperron) two years ago. They are oversized clips that are meant to appear like a faux multi piercing. Belperron designs are almost 100 years old and predate art deco. So, I don’t think they are a fad. If you love them and find them appealing, simply buy and wear what you love.

Those are so cute ! Are they heavy ? I'm always afraid of clips for that reason, I remember wearing them when I was younger, before I was allowed to get my ears pierced, and they were pretty painful after a while...

Thank you! Heavy, yes, but they are designed for the right and left ears and the clips are oversized to distribute the weight. I find conventional clips unbearable. However, I don’t usually wear these all day. They are called the corne earrings, and Belperron used to meet with her clients to fit them individually  When I bought them, they were adjusted to mine. These are also slightly dulled, hammered gold
