E-Ring Upgrade: Please Help Me Choose w/c Design

Hi ladies!

I can't seem to decide so please help me choose w/c design is nicer/better/has the wow-factor for an e-ring upgrade. My e-ring center stone is a ruby 7x9mm in size. I know the designs are not exactly the same size (center stone) but the jeweler will make it proportional to mine. Thanks in advance. Just choose w/c design (A or B) appeals to you because I can't choose!

Old ring:

To be changed to:

A: Single halo (diamonds) and multi-layer side stones on the band (rubies & diamonds)

B: Double halo (combination of diamonds and rubies) and single layer of diamond stones at the band

For me, option B has the most "wow" factor...and I just LOVE the claw prongs!

thank you all so far for you inputs. i am now leaning towards the double halo (2nd choice) i want it be really nice and most agree too! very excited i am going to the jeweler tomorrow!

I actually love your original setting bec. the side diamonds are a really nice size, sorry to throw a monkey wrench in there. If I had to choose between the two that you are considering I'd choose the second bec. that double halo with colored stones is unique to me. You don't often see colored stones in a halo, I think that would be fun to look at.

I agree with Benchwarmer, I love your current setting, so classic!

but of the 2, I prefer B. I have set my 8x5 sapphire into a single halo and the diamonds really make the colour pop. I find A a bit old fashioned personally.
